What to include

• Event date and approximate guest count
• Items, sizes / quantities, and flavors from the menu
• Pickup neighborhood or delivery preference (Bay Area)
• Dietary notes (nuts, gluten, dairy, etc.)

Typical timeline

• Please order at least 1 week in advance.
• A 50% non-refundable deposit confirms your order. The balance is due one day before pickup or delivery.
• Please tell us about any food allergies or dietary restrictions when ordering.

Cakes: pickup only

• Cakes are pickup only — we do not deliver cakes. You may arrange your own courier or rideshare; transport costs and risk of damage are the customer's responsibility.
• Cakes are made with fresh cream: refrigerate or enjoy within 2 hours of pickup, and consume within 48 hours for best quality.
• One standard candle is complimentary with each cake.

Desserts: pickup or delivery

• Pickup is complimentary.
• Delivery is available for orders of $200 or more: South Bay $50 (Milpitas, San Jose, Santa Clara, Sunnyvale, Mountain View, Palo Alto, Cupertino, Los Altos and nearby); Peninsula $60 (Menlo Park, Redwood City, San Mateo and nearby); East Bay $60 (Fremont, Newark, Union City, Hayward and nearby). Dessert tables & catering

Catering & dessert table service (theme styling, equipment rental, on-site setup, delivery) for corporate events, afternoon tea, parties, weddings and more — full-service setup and delivery starts at $100; pricing depends on size, setup and distance. Rental items must be returned after the event (pickup of rentals available for an extra fee).
